What it costs
Setting a club up carries a small one-off fee. It's part of verifying the club: it confirms who's setting it up and keeps the map to real clubs with a real person behind them, rather than abandoned listings.
After that the club is free to run — your page on the map, members, join requests, sessions and check-in. A paid plan adds the money and growth side: collecting subs and session payments, reviews on your club page, and who's joining or drifting away.
When a member pays through MyClubs there's a platform fee on the transaction, added at checkout and charged to the member — not taken out of your subs. The money lands in your club's own Stripe account.
The exact figures are being finalised now, and nothing is charged without being told in advance. Email support@my-clubs.co.uk for the numbers as soon as they're set.
Questions clubs ask
Do we have to take payments through MyClubs?
No. Plenty of clubs will keep taking cash and just use MyClubs to be found and to run sessions.
Who holds the money?
Your club does. Payments go through Stripe into an account in your club's name — we never hold your members' subs.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can delete the club and your account, and nothing about your club is sold or passed on. The privacy policy has the detail.
